Donnie has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from construction of residential homes to multi-million dollar commercial projects. He has expert skills in field operations, estimating, financial analysis, cost controls, personnel supervision, and contract management. Donnie works with customers from preliminary design stages all the way through to completion of a project while he manages a team of superintendents in multiple cities in the Carolina’s and Virginia.

Donnie is the NASCLA qualifier for Tristar Construction which holds General Contractors licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia; has been a Past President of Alamance/Burlington Home Builders Association; Past Regional Vice President of NC Home Builders Association; and a Representative of the National Home Builders Association.
